Connected Futures: Digital Literacy

We provide inclusive, accessible programs that equip individuals with essential digital skills. Our training ensures everyone, regardless of age or background can navigate and succeed in today’s connected world. 

Technical Certifications

We offer certifications in Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Power BI (PL-300), Dynamics 365 CRM, Generative AI for Workforce, and Cybersecurity, including CompTIA Security+ and Microsoft SC-900. Programs include hands-on labs, career coaching, and exam prep to support learners on their path to certification and employment.

Automation Courses

As part of our mission to expand equitable access to tech education, we’re launching a series of programming courses focused on automation and service optimization. These hands-on workshops will teach participants how to use code and low-code tools to streamline everyday processes—empowering them to solve real-world problems, boost efficiency, and build practical skills for today’s digital workforce.

Digital Second Chance

As a tech nonprofit committed to inclusive access, we offer digital literacy courses specifically designed for individuals who were formerly incarcerated and others in need of reintegration support. These programs provide essential skills in computer use, online safety, and digital communication, helping participants build confidence and navigate today’s technology-driven world.

ReLaunch Academy

Relaunch Academy is a tech reentry program designed for individuals who are reentering the workforce after extended career breaks, such as caregiving, displacement, or long-term unemployment. The program provides hands-on training in essential digital tools, workplace platforms, and emerging technologies, while offering career coaching and confidence-building support. Whether participants are restarting in tech or reskilling for a new role, Relaunch Academy equips them with the knowledge, networks, and modern tech fluency needed to thrive in today’s workforce.

Veteran’s Tech Reintegration

We’re proud to offer a specialized program for veterans designed to bridge the digital skills gap and support a successful transition. Through MyHealtheVet Navigator, participants gain hands-on experience using the VA portal, managing telehealth appointments, and accessing essential health services online. Our Mission Reboot track focuses on résumé automation, job search strategies, and remote-work readiness, equipping veterans with the tools and confidence to thrive in today’s digital workforce.

Professional Readiness Series

Executive‑level programs that bridge technical know‑how with workplace culture

ExecuReady

This program prepares underrepresented professionals for leadership roles in the tech industry. Through a combination of mentorship, executive coaching, and project-based learning, participants gain the strategic thinking, communication, and decision-making skills needed to thrive at the C-suite level. This program bridges the gap between technical expertise and executive presence, helping tomorrow’s leaders rise with confidence.

Boardroom Basics

Boardroom Basics demystifies nonprofit and corporate board service for technologists and community leaders. Participants learn the fundamentals of board governance, fiduciary responsibility, and ethical leadership while exploring how their tech background can contribute to mission-driven decision-making. This program opens pathways to board seats and empowers new voices in rooms where impact is shaped.

Culture Code

Culture Code explores how inclusive, ethical, and high-performing cultures are engineered within tech teams and technical environments. Designed for developers, engineers, product leads, and tech founders, this program dives into the practices that shape team dynamics, technical decision-making, and equitable collaboration in fast-paced innovation spaces. From onboarding protocols to code review culture, participants learn how to build technical teams where diversity is an asset, psychological safety is standard, and great software reflects strong values.
